About Kings Grant Open Space Association
The Kings Grant Open Space Association oversees and maintains the common areas and amenities within Kings Grant, a private lakes community located in Evesham Township, New Jersey. The Association focuses on preserving and enhancing the natural environment by maintaining the beauty, safety, and stability of this lakes community while fostering a sense of community for the Association members.
Kings Grant encompasses approximately 2000 acres with nearly 400 acres of private natural open space, wooded trails, lakes and ponds for use by Association members. This natural backdrop brings residents together through events and activities. Conveniently located within the community is an elementary school, golf course and shopping center.

The Kings Grant Community Room will make your next event truly memorable. Our panoramic windows and spacious deck afford your guests a picturesque view of Lake James.
